Aga began her career in the Childcare sector in 2007. She has held many positions during this time from Baby Room Leader, Assistant Manager, Crèche Manager in Willow House Woodbine and now as our Willow House Childcare General Manager.

Aga brings years of experience successfully managing a Crèche, working directly with Children while also being Mum herself. Over the years Aga has developed strong relationships with children and parents. She is truly passionate about working with children and helping them to shape the start of a great childhood.
She holds qualifications in Childcare, Business Management and is extensively trained in Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Fire safety, Documenting Curriculum, Aister, Siolta and HACCP …

As a General Manager Aga will support and work closely with the Crèche’s Managers and their teams. As part of her duties Aga will ensure that each member of our staff teams are carefully selected for their genuine love, passion, kindness and experience. Aga will continue to create and maintain a safe, trusting and welcoming environment in which we educate and care for your child.
